3 Ways to Buy Show Tickets

3. Order in Person

Box Office Hours:
-Monday and Wednesday- Noon to 4 PM
-Saturday – 10 AM to 1 PM
-Two hours before curtain (5:30 PM for evening Mainstage Shows, Noon for Mainstage matinees, 9 AM for Family Series Shows)

Group Rates
Groups of 20 or more can receive a discount.  Groups must make advance reservations .  Please call the Box Office or visit our Group Sales page for more information or to make your reservations.

Ticket Sales and Exchange Policy
All sales are final; no refunds.  Exchanges may be made no later than 24 hours before a performance if seats are available.

Weather Policy
In the event of a weather emergency, Keystone Theatrics and The Allenberry Resort will consult with local officials and weather services to determine the extent and severity of the storm.  The Executive Director will assess if staff and cast members can safely get to the theatre for a performance. The decision to cancel a performance is made no less than 3 hours prior to curtain. Announcements will be made via email (for those that gave an email with their ticket purchase), will be posted on the website, social media, and through local media outlets.

If the theatre determines that a performance can be held, then the “show will go on!” A liberal exchange policy will be in effect, meaning that patrons will be allowed to exchange their tickets for future performances of the same production or a future production of equal or lesser value.  Patrons must call the theatre to make the exchange. Exchange tickets are subject to availability.

If the theatre determines that a performance cannot be held, this decision is made at least 3 hours prior to the scheduled curtain time.  In this case, patrons are given four options:

1 – Exchange tickets for another performance during the run
2 – Exchange tickets for another production later in the season
3 – Transfer ticket purchase to a Keystone Theatrics Donation (tax deductible)
4 – Request a refund (5-10 day processing time)

If a performance is held, there are NO REFUNDS on pre-paid tickets.

NOTE:  Tickets being exchanged must be exchanged within 7 days of the canceled performance. Refunds must be requested within 7 days of the canceled performance. All other tickets will be converted to donations after 7 days.
