Group Sales
Seating Assignments and Group Rates:
Groups of 20 or more can receive a discount. Groups must make advance reservations. Best available seating is assigned at the time of the reservation, not at payment. The party size must be 20 or more paying customers.
Complimentary Show Tickets:
The driver and group organizer will receive complimentary show tickets when arriving by motorcoach of other group transportation. These complimentary tickets are non transferable.
Contract and Deposit:
You will receive a contract for your trip within one week of making your reservation. The contract should be signed and returned with a non-refundable $100 deposit within 14 days to hold your reservation.
Final Count and Payment:
Final count for your group is due 30 days prior to performance date and final balance is due 30 days prior to performance date. Failure to meet payment deadlines will result in cancellation. We are unable to offer deadline extensions. Cancelled orders may only be rebooked (with full payment) if seats have not been sold to another party.
All sales are non-refundable. Once you have made your final payment and given your final headcount, we are unable to refund any tickets or give an account credit. You are welcome to replace anyone in your party who is unable to attend on your own.
Payments accepted: Cash, Check (made out to Keystone Theatrics), Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express. To pay with credit card, please call the Box Office at (717) 462-4401.
Group leaders should collect funds and send only one check/make only one payment for final payment. We will not accept individual payments from members of your party.
